When all I wanted is a clear page and write nothing but words that my mind can think of, everything seems to end up suspended.

The lines and the figures assemble as I am trying to withdraw myself from confusion yet it remains unsettled

The breeze remains calm and cool against the suppressing outrage that my soul can not bear

Can you not see the difference in between what is possible and impossible?

Yet time flows by so fast that we can not imagine that rough texture of distraught — the transfiguration of one’s conflict emerges slowly by the fracture of understanding

We agree on a few but disagree with the many things that are bound much more important than the ordinary

We see not through another person’s eyes but through his personality that we judge none furthermore but our self interest

Although one might not think of it, it is the deepest sin of man that we only regard something important less important – and the other would be prejudice

Greed suffocates the bearings of the old and the new and it terminates the roots of mankind

When have we forgiven ourselves?

The knowledge of man revolves in a certain path that we may not know of yet it is the same path that leads us in two split directions that we must choose and end up losing a bargain

Do I have to let go?

The little things that we knew before seems to be lost and forgotten

I can not reach you.

Questions run through my mind right now — and only father time can answer.

In life, there are lots of reasons. One reason that exists is “I do not know.”

Establishing terms in LIFE

  • If you have a problem that makes you depressed, learn a way to solve it. Everything comes smooth only if you think of a way out of the mess you are in. A good way out of it is to make a solution.

How to think of a solution

  • First, you must accept your problem. Ask yourself what it is and how it all began. Untangle it. Find your fault. Finally, you can tap on solutions.

Learn how to say NO

  • Accept only the things that you can do. Politely say no to all the others.

Stressing out

  • You can stress out yourself in two ways: 1) Combing your hair or 2) Massage your scalp. (Tip: Combing your hair or having a massage on your scalp like putting on your shampoo relaxes some pressure points in your head.)

Begin with the feet

  • Hey! Who does not like a foot massage? Like it was always said, “a good mood starts with a relaxed body”.

Turn off the lights

  • Easy as that. Turn off the lights, breathe in and out smoothly, close your eyes, and listen to the sound of your breathing.

Recognize your craving

  • You do not really have to satisfy yourself from your craving. You will only want more of it until you are going to start depressed because you can not have more. Think of your cravings. Make a list. Then start thinking of an alternative to each of them.

Cold and hot

  • A cold water makes you feel relaxed. A glass of water full of ice makes you chill. A warm glass of makes you comfortable. 🙂

Learn how to look far

  • Stare at the horizon. See the skies, mountains, ocean, & etc. from that point of view and you will enjoy the moment. If you are in the city, find a place where you can find a nice view without all the noise and smoke. There, you will be calm.

Hello, gardener

  • If you totally observe how a gardener finds it enjoyable to garden, then you can use it to overcome stress.

Need a pat?

  • A pat on you from a friend makes you smile. Pat your dog or cat all the while and share the pleasure. It makes you even happier.

Think of your problem

  • Think of your problems. Get off the letter s. Only think of the biggest one. Nevermind the others.

Take time to listen

  • It is good to listen to soft music. Classical music would be a good choice. Silence would be the best one.

Compliment positively

  • It is always good to hear from someone compliment you by saying “you are beautiful” or “you look handsome,” right? Then it would be better if you do the same thing and spread the love to everybody.

Good wash

  • A splash of cold water for your face will make you feel good. Soaking yourself in a tub with lukewarm water will make you even better.

Float

  • Learn how to float. Float in a pool or in a bath tub full of water. You will feel weightless. It is amazing how your thoughts will drift away slowly.

I guess that might give you an idea on how to stay calm. Any suggestion or opinion about this post is very much appreciated.
